Kasena Beauty currently delivers within Ghana to locations covered by our delivery partners.
Estimated delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by location, order volumes, public holidays, courier delays, weather, transportation disruptions and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Where an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply to arrange another delivery.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Kasena Beauty currently primarily serves customers within Ghana.
We may introduce international ordering and delivery in the future. Where international delivery becomes available, additional shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import requirements and delivery conditions may apply.
The customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges unless we expressly state otherwise.
